Staff Memos for the October 2006 Evaluation Committee Hearings

ES staff have reviewed the comments that were submitted in response to the August 28, 2006, staff letters and received by the September 20, 2006, deadline. In some cases, memos were prepared to be sent to the Evaluation Committee. ES is providing copies of the staff memos for public review in advance of the Evaluation Committee meeting. The purpose of the memos is to assist the Committee in reviewing the public comments and to present further revisions to the criteria as proposed by staff. All correspondence relating to the proposed criteria will be made available to meeting attendees the day the item is heard.

The intent of providing the memos early is to give meeting attendees more opportunity to review their content. Please do not contact staff regarding the memos, they will be discussed at the meeting.
