  1. AC43—Steel Deck Roof and Floor Systems. Revisions are proposed to Sections 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 and to add a new Section 4.1.3.  The revisions are related to web crippling. click here
  2. AC86—Cold-formed Steel Framing Members—Interior Nonload-bearing Wall Assemblies.  An evaluation report applicant has requested certain revisions to the criteria.  In response, staff has prepared a revised criteria for consideration and seeks input on the proposals. click here
  3. AC118—Tapping Screw Fasteners. An evaluation report applicant has proposed revisions to the screw coating requirements of the criteria, has requested clarification on quality control testing and has recommended revisions to requirements for core hardness. click here
  4. AC367—Fiber-reinforced Cement Sheet Structural Floor Sheathing. Revisions are proposed to expand the scope of the criteria to include use as the web of a horizontal, wood-framed floor diaphragm.  Other revisions are editorial in nature or will clarify requirements. click here
  5. AC283—Metal Hinge Plate Connectors for Wood Trusses. Revisions are proposed to update to the 2006 International Codes, to change the allowable shear and tension formulas in Sections 3.5.1(A) and 3.5.2 (A), and to alter Figure 4. click here
  6. AC373—Precast Reinforced Cementitious Slurry Structural Members. This is a new criteria for proprietary precast cementitious structural members.  The proposed criteria was first considered by the Evaluation Committee at the October 2007 meeting. The scope has been expanded to add load-bearing applications and uses as part of a lateral-force resisting system. click here
  7. AC387—Metal Webs for Parallel Chord Wood Trusses. This is a new acceptance criteria for metal webs with integral connector teeth, used as structural components in parallel chord wood trusses. click here
  8. AC392—Strength Systems for Concrete Structure Using Reinforcement Cementitious Slurry. This is a new criteria for a proprietary concrete system used to strengthen existing concrete structures and concrete elements.

  1. AC266—Wood Structural Panel Roof Sheathing Factory-laminated with an Alternative Roof Underlayment. Revisions are proposed to add new types of roof coverings with which the sheathing can be used; to clarify requirements for design of roof sheathing; to revise requirements for roof classification testing; and to include requirements for conditioned attics.

  2. AC16—Plastic Glazed Skylights. Revisions are proposed to the conditions of acceptance for the impact test, in Section A3.15 of the criteria. click here
  3. AC389—Composite Siding Containing Microspheres used as Exterior Wall Cladding. This is a new criteria for a proprietary composite siding product. click here
  4. AC335—Adjustable Steel Columns (Formerly Steel Jack Posts.) Revisions are proposed to change the name of the criteria, to update to the 2006 International Codes, to add a new test procedure for full-scale testing of columns, to revise Section 2.1.1 to clarify requirements, to add a new Section 4.2 for alternate materials, to add a new Section 4.3 and Appendix A to address adjustment of design thickness, and to revise Section 6.1 to require reporting of both design strength and allowable strength in evaluation reports. click here
  5. AC51—Precast Stone Veneer. Revisions are proposed based on an industry request. click here
  6. AC273—Handrails and Guards. Revisions are proposed to update the criteria to the 2006 International Codes, to expand recognition to exterior exposures, to revise testing procedures, to address fasteners used with treated wood, and to make other editorial changes. click here
  7. AC326—Proprietary Wood Preservative Systems—Requirements for Treatment, Tests and Performance. Revisions are proposed to Section 4.6, Corrosion, based on a request from an industry task group; and to add AWPA E 23 as an alternative test procedure to AWPA E 14, based on a request from a testing laboratory. click here
  8. AC174—Deck Board Span Ratings and Guardrail Systems. Revisions are proposed as a result of changes being made to the IRC in the 2007 Supplement, and to the IBC in the 2008 code cycle. click here

  1. AC38—Water-resistive Barriers. Revisions are proposed to add requirements for use as an air barrier under the IECC, to update to the 2006 International Codes, and to make editorial revisions. click here
  2. AC193—Mechanical Anchors in Concrete Elements. Revisions are proposed by an evaluation report holder regarding ASD design of products evaluated under the criteria. click here
  3. AC308—Post-installed Adhesive Anchors in Concrete Elements. Revisions are proposed by an evaluation report holder regarding ASD design of products evaluated under the criteria, and to review results of the ballot on AC308 revisions proposed in December 2007. click here
  4. AC161—Foam Plastic Shapes for Parapet Applications. Revisions are proposed to update the criteria to the 2006 International Codes and to address requirements for foam shapes with a thickness greater than 4 inches.

  5. MISC1—AC130/AC322. An evaluation report applicant has proposed changes to AC130 and AC322. Staff is seeking input on the proposal. click here
  6. AC393—Structural Adhesives Used for Bonding Cold-formed Galvanized Steel Shear Wall Assemblies. This is a new criteria for qualifying adhesives that are used to factory-fabricate shear wall panels that are jobsite-installed into cold-formed steel framing with sheet metal panels factory-attached to the framing with the adhesive. click here
  7. AC230—Shear Wall Assemblies Consisting of Wood Structural Panel Sheathing Attached to Cold-formed Steel Framing with Pneumatic- or Gas-power-driven Pin Fasteners. Revisions are proposed to update to the 2006 International Codes and to include evaluation procedures taken from AC322 and AC130 to permit seismic-design coefficients and factors to be assigned to the shear wall assemblies covered by this criteria. click here
  8. AC316—Shrinkage Compensating Devices. Revisions are proposed based on a request from an evaluation report applicant.  The criteria will also be updated to the 2006 International Codes. click here
