Profile:
Michael Clack, ICC-ES
Evaluation Committee Chairman
With more than 25 years experience in code enforcement, Michael Clack, Certified
Building Official and ICC-ES Evaluation Committee Chairman and Moderator,
brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
When
asked how serving on the ICC-ES Evaluation Committee has helped him perform
his job, Clack said, "My service on the Evaluation Committee has been very
helpful to me professionally. I have a broader perspective by seeing first-hand
what staff does and how they work with industry. I really believe in the
process. The ICC-ES reports are a valuable tool for building officials in
determining if a particular product is code compliant, which, in turn also
benefits the end user.
